Vietnam is to the east of southeast Asia, and shares its borders with China to the North and Cambodia and Laos to the left. Vietnam is one of the most beautiful countries in southeast Asia. Vietnam has a beautiful coastline that stretches over 3000km, and there are some incredible places to stop along the way. There is also a lot to be learnt from the history of Vietnam, its past, temples and learn about the Vietnam war. When travelling Vietnam i would reccomend going from one city to another. So dependent on where you fly into, going from either Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh or Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi.
There is not really a right or wrong time to visit Vietnam as no matter when you visit you will experience an equal amount of rain and sun. As vietnam is home to three different weather systems. In Hanoi July is the hottest month with an average temperature of 29c and the coldest is January with an average of 17c. In Ho Chi Minh, which is in the south, the hottest month is April with an average temperature of 30c, and the coldest month is December with an average of 27c.
